Union Real Estate uses ClickPay rent payment portal for online payment options. Set up an account today and choose from automatic recurring payments or one-time payment options. You can also choose between ACH or Online Banking as well as Debit/Credit Card payment (fees apply).

Commercial Tenants

Please ensure that a Business Name and/or Tenant Number ID is referenced on all payments to ensure accurate payment application.

  • ClickPay can be used for ACH or Online Banking. This is a free service that we offer to tenants. Commercial tenants may need to do the “chat” function to ensure you are set up correctly. You will need to set up a login and password. You must have your tenant name and number and site location available to use this functionality. If this information is needed, please contact Barb directly at 412-923-5329 and I can help walk you through or help provide additional information for ClickPay.
  • ClickPay also offers payments via Debit/Credit Card. There is an associated fee for these types of payments. Credit Card Payments have a fee of 3.25% and Debit Cards have a $9.95 flat fee per transaction.
Pay Commercial Rent

Alternative payment options for commercial tenants:

  1. Personal or Business Bank Account – please contact your bank to set up this option. Depending on your bank, this option can be set up as recurring. Some banks do not charge for this service – please check with your bank regarding any applicable fees.
